It is always better to be safe than sorry. Have less consumption of alcohol and smoking. Regarding food have less fatty food, no spicy food & avoid caffeine.

Take more of food which is rich in Zinc like oysters, shell fish,whaet bran, wheat germ,

liver cashew nuts, eggs. These are naturally available zinc foods.

U can take even zinc supplements in the forms of pills. But avoid having pills.

Lastly a basic golden rule.

Buy a house which is always comfortable to live: Which mean keep your balls safe in a loose underwear or boxer shorts
