Pour a half cup of baking soda down the drain followed by a half cup of vinegar. Cover the drain. After letting the mixture sit for several minutes, flush the drain with HOT water.
Try removing the cover on the drain and cleaning any hair or gunk you can see. The hair is probably built up in the trap under the floor and unless you have a basement it will be difficult to remove and clean it.
If the baking soda and vinegar doesn't work and you can not get access to the pipes, you'll want to use something that dissolves hair, the most likely cause of the drain slowing, but is gentle on plastic pipes.
