Broadvoice is another good one, but I found it very technical to set up and get up and running.
I am currently a subscriber to Nettalk Duo. (Nettalk.com). They are very nice, and responsive, and provide a great product.
Another good VoIP provider is Onesuite.com that has combined its prepaid phone card and VoIP service into one account -- this means more access and more options for us consumers.
Another good one is PhonePower. They give you a Free cloned line and a lot of great features.

For you to have the best Mobile Service you have to know which services and providers are available to fit your needs.
If you call a lot out of the country, then you might want a Mobile VoIP plan that will suite this factor. If you want want 3G, 4G or Wifi only Mobile VoIP services this also could be a factor in determining the best to use.
Do you research and put a little time in to your cell phone bill. In time you will probably switch to a Mobile VoIP solution, it will cost you less in the long run.
