well the main things are you need to eat healthy, and you would have to work out at least 3 to 4 times a week, you can do crunches to get you mid section and you top for that day, rest the next day. the next day you can work on your obleaks, then rest the next day. and do that over and over again and soon you will see resaults. and once you have the body you want you cant just stop, just keep eating healthy and working out but dont over do it.
