Here in the Philippines, the best @ widELY useD mOBILE browsers are operamin4.2, ucweb6.3 @ bolt 0.94. That 3 are my favorites, i useD oM4.2 For easy Surfing, ucweb6.3 for downloading @ bolt0.94 for pc-like browsing, these threE browsers are the best mObile browsers here in philippines!

That Depends on What works for you (Eg. user preference), But There a few ones I'd Recommend in ascending order (Top being best);

1) Google Chrome - This Browser Is fast and has a good access and experience with tabs, and Skins are easy to apply if you don't download a .zip archive that needs extracting. Also May have Minor Plug-in problems. Good standard security but AVG Task-bar or other security add-ons will improve.

2) Mozilla Firefox - This web browser was the first ever to incorporate the Tab feat., has a Med to Fast Browse speed and Is almost as easy as Google chrome to Apply different skins, BUT has a Wider official range. Also may have some Plug-in Problems. Standard security Decent standard security but there is always Room for improvements.

3) Microsoft Internet Explorer - This Browser is Standard, is has a Med-Med/Med-Fast Browse speed, Skins are Sort of tricky and But Plug-ins USUALLY Work but it has a minimal to average Standard security so Compatibility with AVG internet security task-bar and increasing settings in Options interface may heighten it but may decrease performance/Disable some Plug-ins or interfaces.

4) Apple Inc. Safari - This Browser is slow, has that Mac Let's-go-the-long-way-around, and skins are not enabled by Apple so you need Free ware to apply and Obtain them and it has a lot of errors displaying web pages, so I only recommend Using this if you have a Mac Laptop/Notbook and not even that.
