Mild Chili Recipe, Delicious
Ingredients:
2 lbs ground beef
1 large onion, diced
1 medium green bell pepper, diced
2 cans dark red kidney beans, light red kidney beans, chili beans, or chili hot beans (your choice)
2 cans diced tomatoes
2 to 3 cans 46-ounce tomato juice
3 envelopes taco seasoning mix
Preparation:
- brown ground beef with onions and green peppers
- while beef, onions and pepper are cooking, in a larger pan, add all other ingredients and stir together, heat on medium heat
- drain beef and add to chili mixture
- simmer an hour, stirring often, scrape bottom to prevent sticking
