Honestly, It depends for different girls... Of course girls will LOVE it when you compliment them on their looks. But the best compliments are the ones that show that you really know her.

What I mean is for example she may be insecure about lets just say her weight... If you tell her that she's perfect, whatever weight she happens to be, that'll mean far more to her because it'll show that you can see her insecurities but that you love her anyway.

Its nice when someone compliments you on how you look, don't get me wrong, but the best compliments are the ones that show that you listen to her, and that you know her well enough to know what to call her and what will make her happy.

Also individuality in a compliment is key. What I mean is your girl will probably get compliments a fair amount of the time. People have probably said that she's pretty, amazing, talented, hott, stunning etc. If you come up with a name (It might even be a pet name) or a compliment that NO-ONE else calls her, then it'll make her feel really special. Also don't give her a compliment that you give regularly to your other friends who are girls, otherwise she'll just feel like she's just like them, nothing more.

If she likes you and your just procrastinating dating each other but have been talking and texting for a while.

1) just randomly text her "hey beautiful;)" girls for some reason love that we dont know why its just cute.
