I disagree with the above post. Photo editing has more to do with the actual Photo Editing Program you use, than the computer. Any decent Windows PC or Mac with sufficient memory, and a good monitor, will do the job. It is the program you choose that makes all the difference. The good ones are not cheap or free. Adobe Photoshop Elements, Microsoft Picture It Pro are two very good programs for the non professional. There are many other good ones. Research Photo Editing Programs and choose a good one.
