What is the best computer programming language to use to write a simulation tool with graphical user interface for multiple interactive robots?

Answer

Definately C++...not necessarily (although most likely, i know i know) MICROSOFT C++. C++ is C++.... but yea, C++. If Visual Studio.net is too expensive (which it is)...try another environment, such as DEVC++ from bloodshed. It's important to understand the C++ is largely standardized, and there won't be much diff. between environments, merely added features and tools.

Answer

Microsoft Visual C++

Answer

Another option is National Instruments LabView.

Answer

I think vb.net would be easiest and fastest to write with all the functionality you need.
