The best thing to consume to fight diarrhea is water. Other foods that help include apples and apple juice, yogurt, and bananas. If you're having long term problems with diarrhea, you should contact your health care provider for medication or a diet plan that will help.
In my opinion the most important thing is tio re-hydrate your body, so any light soup with as much water and as little other contents as possible would be my suggestion. That way you rehydrate your body while depriving the diarrhea bacteria of any new breeding grounds and nutrients. Provided your immune syastem is holding up well, the body will then attack the starving bacteria and the extra water is used to wash the bacteria out eventually.
what i would do is eat dry toast, cold tea and apples do not eat dairy it will make it worse. Have lots of rest and it will get better. If it gets worse and won't stop go to your doctors.

To alleviate diarrhea, it is important to stay hydrated by drinking plenty of clear fluids like water, clear broths, or electrolyte drinks. Avoid foods that may exacerbate diarrhea such as dairy, fatty foods, and caffeine. If symptoms persist, it is best to consult a healthcare provider for further evaluation and treatment.
