The Very best form of Birth control is not to have sex at all. But if that isn't the answer you wanted here is the next best things. 1) go to the doctor and see about getting on the Birth control Patch. 2) There are also Spermicides that you can use.Although I don't know how effective they are.They come on little Sponges that are inserted into the vagina or they come in a cream form.

I was on the Depo-Provera Shot for 3 1/2 years and it worked great!

The only down side to it is there maybe some weight gain.

But a plus, with some woman you stop having your monthly cycles. I did.

You have to go to you OBGYN every three months to get a shot in you upper arm or you butt cheek. (depending on which has the most fatty tissue.)

Depo Provera, I would not reccomend sponges or spermicial creams, as they are not easy to use and don't have a high rate of effectiveness. A combination of birth control pills and condoms is the safest form of birth and disease control. If you can't or won't use birth control or condoms, then I suggest abstinence.
