Your best bet would be in any of the Special Operations of the US Military, they all are required to train in close combat and tactical scenarios. In the Army, a Special Forces Weapons Sergeant specializes in the US of all weapons, both foreign and domestic, and is also in charge of planning raids. There is a section of their training that is specifically for small unit tactics. I this training, you are taught how, and required to demonstrate leadership abilities in tactical environments
Without getting into Special Operations, it would be infantry (Army, Marine Corps). Or there's the Coast Guard raiding teams, which have to clear and secure ships.
