only eat food which is bland in taste such as scramble egg, chicken, crackers etc, also try drinking small amounts of clear liquids which i find to help settle an upset stomache. keep any meals that you have light weight and no greasy foods as this will make you feel worse!! Milk and other dairy products along with bread are hard to digest so stay away from those
