There are several excellent neighborhoods in Brooklyn, so this can depend on your personal wants and needs. Brooklyn is full of diversity and each neighborhood has a distinctive personality. If you have a family, Park Slope may be the best for you. If you are looking for the New York of the old bohemian art scene, you may want to check out Williamsburg and DUMBO (Down Under the Manhattan Bridge Overpass).
