My all-time favorite cooking oil is organic extra virgin coconut oil due to its increasing health benefits and also the flavor and smell it gives whether I'm using it for cooking, frying or baking. For the body, organic extra virign coconut oil helps lower Heart disease as it contains saturated fats than other oils. I'm also trusting on coconut oil for weight loss and it's helped me greatly. A brand that I love for the best organic extra virgin coconut oil is definitely Ceylon Naturals. It's pure with no additives and flavorful to the max where the dishes come out so delicious. Lately, i made crunchy cashew sesame energy bars using extra virgin coconut oil which my family loved! the cashew and coconut oil mixture along with maple syrup didn't dry down, it was gooey and crispy till the last bite.

I highly recommend Ceylon Naturals Organic Extra Virgin coconut oil. You can check out their organic range on Amazon and visit their website for more.

Of all the vegetable oils the safest is canola oil because it will create the least amount of HNE toxin. However, there is a considerable amount of misinformation about canola oil on the world wide web. Canola oil is claimed to be a toxic substance that contains erucic acid which is a dangerous toxin. The truth is that canola oil is made from Rapeseeds that do contain erucic acid however in the seed splitting processing used to make canola oil there is minimal levels of erucic acid and it contains healthy essential fats so it is definitely safe to cook with. However, it is not the best oil for cooking.

Olive oil is a great oil. It is a highly unsaturated oil which has been shown to have positive effect on cardiovascular disease. However, olive is not as stable when heated at high temperatures. It is best to use olive oil in the final stages of cooking and lower temperatures for short periods of time.

The best oil to cook with is coconut oil. Coconut oil is stable when using in cooking at higher temperatures and it has incredible health benefits including weight loss, improving thyroid function, enhancing immune function and keeping the skin looking young and healthy. When purchasing coconut oil it is important to use organic virgin coconut oil.

Coconut oil because, It is very natural and has many uses. Oil like C anola oil are unatural because the canola plant isnt real. It is a mixture of chemicals, and in a cooked state of being it is toxic. The next best i would think to be olive oil.

The canola plant is one hundred percent real, it is a good cooking oil, but to note it was made safe in1974 by cross breeding the erucic acid out and turning it into oleic acid. etucic acid was the component that made this product dangerous when heated above 180 degrees. It is by far, an inferior cooking oil and for that reason should be avoided. It is a real plant, in the mustard family. Also known as rapeseed. The type of cooking oil to use depends upon your recipe, and matching each recipe with the oil's own smoke point. NEVER cook in smoking oil.

Best opt for organic oils so that they are no adultrated with chemicals which is one of the biggest concern in cancer growths. Secondly out of all the oils used most preferred is coconut oil, extra virgin and cold pressed. this ensures that its nothing but the best. The coconut oil is packed with multiple producers and traders from India, Indonesia, Thailand and Vietnam but the best quality is the ceylon coconuts, just like Ceylon Tea and Ceylon Cinnamon, Ceylon Cocounts stand out to be the best. look up on amazon for 'Ceylon Naturals' for some of the best products at very competitive prices.

it depends on what you are cooking. If you want a nice mild fruity flavour, go for olive oil. DO NOT GO VEGETABLE OIL. it is extremely bad for you. hope this helped.
