If your chocolate chip cookies are getting a bit hard after they cool, just place them in a tupperware container with a slice of bread. The cookies will soften by drawing the moisture out of the bread. It's not a recipe, but I use it everytime I make cookies and it works like a dream! Enjoy your soft cookies!!
also... if your cookie recipe doesn't have sweetened condensed milk or just normal condensed milk, try adding some into the recipe, it makes them really nice and moist too. (plus you get to eat the leftover milk... yum) that bread idea is interesting too, i'll have to try that. :-P

- You have used granulated sugar instead of castor sugar will it make a difference?
- How do you use it in place of real milk in a recipe?
- A bread machine recipe calls for baking soda and vinegar and yeast and is excellent but it forms huge blistersat the top what would cause this?
- What gases are let out when you baking a cake?
