Answer
To bring out all the flavors, I like to do it like this: In a saucepan, very gently simmer milk (use a diffuser if possible, to keep it from curdling too much). While it's simmering (about 15 minutes), toss in a couple of cinnamon sticks and some fresh ginger (chopped, sliced, etc.). Separately, make Chai teas concentrate in a mug. Let it steep for a while, the dump it into the milk. Let it all simmer for another 10 minutes, skim the milk solids off the top, and drink.

How to make a simple Indian chai for 2 people.
1. Take 1 and 3/4th cup of water in a vessel.
2. Add 1/2 cup of milk(whole milk preferable)
3. Heat till it boils. Once it boils, add 2 spns of tea leaves. Add required amount os sugar.
4. Let it simmer for a while. You will get a wonderful aroma. Heat it for little longer. Strain it and have a wonderful cup of chai.
For Masala tea variations...you can add ginger or cardomon.
