Easy Pork Roast
- Place your pork roast in a roasting pan or other large pan.
- Add about 1" water to bottom of pan.
- Add seasonings: a pinch of rosemary, a pinch of thyme, 1 teaspoon parsley, salt and pepper are all good, but salt and pepper are fine as the only seasonings if you do not have the others.
- Cover with tin foil and seal good around the edges.
- Bake at 350 degrees F for 1 hour.
- Add chunks of potatoes, 1" pieces of carrot, 1" pieces of celery, and 1 large onion, cut up.
- Place the tin foil back on, seal well around the edges and bake 45 minutes.
