Mackerel are normally caught by using a net. An alternative to using a net is a sabiki rig on a light weight rod with 6 lb to 12 lb test line, which originated in Japan and consist of a line with 4 to 6 small hooks dressed up with bright colored skirts of some sort of reflectant material. Sabiki rigs could be purchased at most sporting goods stores and tackle shops. This is a great way to catch mackerel and sardine off piers and docks. For best results when fishing off piers and docks is to cast it using 1/2 oz to 2 oz depending on currents and retrieve it slowly giving your rod two quick jerks and winding twice alternating. Mackerel is great bait fish for bigger sport fish such as Lincod and Wahoo.
It depends on what kind of fish your trying to catch, i use luers, worms, and i think i might have used shrimp. I'm sorry to say though that i don't quite remember what kind of fish we cought with those baits. Hope i helped a little!
you should probably got to dicks sporting goods or another sporting goods store and ask them but i catch bass all the time using small lours with gold and red and buy a super duper brand with a broken back.
=You can use a lot of bait but what they favor the most is squid and clam stips but you can use other bait you should go fishing for bass in spring and you should be on a beach with waves.=
dead and live shrimp are favorites also cut and live bait fish and artificial jigs and under water plugs
Most people use artificial lures like plastic worms, spinnerbaits, and crankbaits. You can also use live bait like shad or worms.

Fishing bait
well it depends what kind of fishing you are doing if its coarse fishing you should use ground-bait and red maggots. If its carp fishing use a boilie and pellet filled spod with a size 4 or 6 hooks with a additional strawberry pellet on the hook. if its trout fishing use fly fishing technique with any fly fishing line. sea fishing use dead-baits such as mackerel or use a lure like a spinner or anything that will attract the fishes attention. And last but not least pike fishing use rubber lures or dead-bait and inject with extra flavouring if you need to and add extra colour for attention
If you mean bait for fishing, there is none. You just use the fishing rod.
use a fishing lineby using a fishing rod which goes in the water and catches them
You can use them for fishing bait.
feeder fishing is when you can use bait inside your feeder as well as ground bait method feeder is much better for bait placement and you don't put particles in your ground bait because its designed for just ground bait or softend pellets.
If you are bottom fishing for spots, croakers, sea trout, try shrimp or bloodworms. If fishing for red drum, try cut mullet. In May and June, spanish mackerel come inshore there. Best bait for these are spoons and Gotcha lures, worked like jerkbaits, giving them erratic swimming actions, like wounded baitfish.
chochlate bars for bait
A chatter bait is a king of lure/bait that you can use when you go fishing. You can use this along with other baits to fish. It is quite safe to use a chatter bait since you use it only to fish.
