If you mean use instead of ise, then it depends on what category your choosing. its also agood idea if the Pokemon has at least three stars in everthing so all of the rounds are easier

∙ 7y agoBest team all depends on your area and how many people there are on a certain team. No one team is better than the other. It just might be easier if you know your location and gyms around you are a certain team.
