This allows for you to water the turf less while getting is established because of less evaporation that may occur if laid during our hot summer months.

Roll the sod out on smooth black dirt. Push the sod strips together do there is not to big of a gapso the routes will not dry out then also sprinkle little bits of dirt on gaps along edges and joins to seal. Then water a fair bit to help establish a route system. And it should grow.

You could lay sod, but make sure it is wet sod. The sod dries up easily if its roots are not wet. You could also try seed grass there is no guarantee that it will grow but make sure you keep it watered. I would recommend sod it is easy and make i look real, nice and green

Marathon sod is very good, and can be used in climates where good plant hydration is critical.
You need to till up the area and place good soil down to level out area after you have tilled it. Make sure it level for prper drainage. Then as you place the new sod down you need to pull at the ends of each sheet of sod to allow it to want regrowth. Make sure when you lay it down you lay it where ther is no gap in-between. Once it is layed you need to water, water, water!
