For your bottom lid:
* First you must invest in a cakey, pencil liner. (I prefer pencil because liquid is too messy!) Any color is fine, but if you're going for dramatic, I'd stick with dark greys, blacks, & browns.
* Make sure your eyes are free of any left-over make-up, then dust a light layer of face powder over the eyes. ( this will make the eyeliner last longer)
* Next, apply eyeliner like you would normally do; start from the middle of your lower lid & work outward, to the outer-end & corner of your eye.
* Repeat this process however many times you'd like, but if you want thicker liner, remember to just keep repeating that process until it is thick enough for your liking.

For your top lid:
* Pretty much the same for your bottom lid, only this time you should start from the outer-end of your top lid, and try to get the line as close to your lashes as possible. Repeat process until it is thick enough for you.
