If you have never done serious exercise, but you want to get started, heres what you do; Start off small. If you like running or tennis or biking, take it in a small degree and work your way up. The first couple of days only play or run a small amount of time then progress to a faster and longer workout. This is training your body and your stamina. You can't expect for you to be able to run 1 mile without stopping if you've never really ran that much before. If you slowly increase your workout soon you will be able to play or run for a much longer time.

Exercising is a very serious topic. If you over- due it, it can bring harm to your body. If you do it right, then it can be good for your body. Exercise is normally done with weights and yoga mats. If you want to exercise in a group, there probably would be a exercise place near you. People lift weights (according to your ability) and pull rubber ropes (that make you stronger too). If you are looking to exercise, my biggest suggestion is to exercise in a group.
