What is the best way to build muscle?

Exercise and correct diet. Exercise by lifting weights. Begin with smaller weights, with a small number of repetitions, repeated several times. With time, increase the weight, and the number of repetitions.

It should be noted, that if your diet is not correct, the muscle with become denser and stronger up to a point, but then will grow no more. If your diet cannot be changed, then a muscle building diet supplement, such as Creatine, can be used.

Creatine should NOT be used without a comprehensive weight training routine.
