Easy! Soap and water. I recommend Dial and a q-tip. Alcohol, hydrogen peroxide, and things of that nature will dry it out. Creams like Neosporin attrack dirt and bacteria and stick it to the wound. i suggest anti-bacterial soap,rubbing alcohol, when i got my nose done, they said to be very careful with Q-tips or anyhting cotton, because it could easily get cought in the ring.use a piece of paper towel, or a small washcloth.
