Best Answer

Grill it!

Grill it over direct heat, turning once. The time will depend on the thickness of the steak and the temperature you're looking for. The surefire way to get the temperature right is with a meat thermometer:

Rare - 125

Medium rare - 135

Medium - 145

Medium well - 155

Well done - 165

yeah dude...i'm baking one right now...well what i do it get a nice skillet, and get it really really hot. all you need is olive oil, salt and pepper. once the skillet it hot, and you have oiled, salted, and peppered your steak, sear the steak on all sides. oh yeah, turn the oven on 350. sear the top and bottom 1 minute a side, and 30 seconds around the edges. this way it seals the meat so that it isn't dry when you eat it, all the juices get trapped in. and then, throw it in the oven, i did 5-7 minutes PER side in the oven. taste good to me. try it out.

you first have to go by some good quality steak. then you have to get a grill. then you turn the grill up to a certain temperature and then you take the steak out of the packaging and put it on the grill. you have to monitor the steak. then when you think it is ready, cut one peice of steak open and se if it is pink ish in side. if so, then take a peice off and let it cool, then taste the peice to see if it is good. if it is to rare( meaning not cooked enough), put it back on the grill and coock it some more. if it is not pink, then imediatly turn the grill off and serve the steak. you should now look on a real coocking website because this is just a summary

Alton Brown compared searing and roasting on his show Good Eats and found that roasting kept more juice in than searing did. On top of that, he has not one but two episodes on steak, so just look them up on YouTube and see what he says, and you can't go wrong.

The first step when it comes to boiling steak is to place the steak in a place where there is room temperature. Get a skillet and place the steak in a oven rack. Use the broiler setting of the oven and start preheating it for at least 15 minutes. Next, drizzle the steak with a teaspoon of olive oil, a teaspoon of kosher salt, and ½ teaspoon ground pepper.

Place the steak in the skillet and return the oven in the oven rack. After waiting for 3 minutes you can open the oven. Flip the steak and then close the oven. Let the steak stand for another 3 minutes. Next, change the setting of the kitchen equipment to 500 degrees Fahrenheit for about 10 minutes. Remove the steak and place it in a clean plate. Let it stand for five minutes.

Hope this helps.

How do you cook kc strip steak in oven how long?

For baking, you can put the steak in a pan, add just a little water, enough to cover just the bottom of the pan. Seal tightly with tin foil and bake at 250 degrees F for 2 to 3 hours, depending on how thick the steak is. Check for tenderness and remove from the oven when it's the way you want it. Cooking it slow is what makes it so tender, and sealing it in tinfoil basically is steaming the meat. You can remove the foil and cook about 10 minutes on each side to brown it. For broiling, timing will depend on the thickness of the steak, how close the steak is to the broiler and how well done you want it. Start at 4 minutes on each side for rare and adjust your timing from there.

Can you bake pork steak?

Of course the heat of the water will eventually defrost the pork steak, but at some point the meat will start to cook if not careful. My experience like when defrosting meat in the microwave it starts to cook , particularly the ends causing this part of the meat to be tough after throwing it in the oven or grilling the meat.
