here's a list of what you will need:
1. a clean sterile container for sperm or a sperm vial
2.a 5cc syringe or you could use a medicine syringe
3.towels,just in case.things can get pretty messy
4.pillows to elevate your hips
first find a place that you can lay down for an hour or so.take the pillows and set them up where your hips are up and your back is touching the floor.take the syringe and pull the lever in and out to break the seal.push the lever back into the syringe so you can suck up the sperm.place the the end tip into the sperm vial and suck the into the syringe.now lay back onto the pillows with your hips into the air and your back on the floor.take the syringe and place into your vagina,try to place the syringe close enough to let the sperm make a pool,but do not touch your cervix with the syringe.slowly inject the sperm.after all the sperm has been injected keep your hips elevated for at least an hour.after that your done.
