Make yourself noticable. Step One- Talk to him, it takes courage, but it's worth it. BUT, don't get all creepy. Ex-don't get his phone number from one of your friends then text him randomly.
To get boys in general to notice you then dress well, keep your hair and teeth good and have plenty to say. And don't look away whenever they look at you - just smile at them and you've cracked it.
