What is the best way to get gold charms on runescape not including wolf whistle quest and level 56 cockroaches also anything over combat level 70 isn't great but all ideas welcome?
A weak player, well there is those Guards at Falador, but if they aren't great of combat, Gold Charms or any for that matter won't drop as often, if you ask me, there is a level 111 Giant Rock Crab at Chaos Dungeon, it drop multiple Charms

level 20-30: either more cows or goblins
level 30-40: flesh crawlers (level 2 stronghold of security under bb vil)

Go to Al Karhid and fight the people in the buildin near the bank where they keep respawing. You get good drops and if you die your in a close walking distance.
