You don't have to give up food. In fact, if you eat the right kind, you can have more. It's true. Every food item has a certain caloric content. Eat more of the right kinds of foods -- vegetables, lean protein, fruits and grains - and moderate your intake of bad foods -- highly processed, fats, etc. -- and you'll find you're full most of the time. Exercise also helps burn the calories. Exercise, eating the right kinds of foods and limiting the bad kinds are key to long-term, successful weight loss.
