I agree that it's KOJIC ACID. I use the set that I bought from an online seller and it really works. We just have to be very carefull of the fake KOJIC ACID and buy from a credible website esp. those buying online. Ofcourse we want to buy from a website that has a legit existing business and not a (cheap)website claiming they are selling legit product. Though there are some that's for real even if they are using a free URL (no offense).
