Mt Everest has the highest elevation, but measured from the underwater base to the summit, Mauna Kea and Mauna Loa in Hawaii are both nearly a mile taller. Mauna Loa is the biggest single mountain on earth with a mass of 9,700 cubic miles, but most of it is under water.
