Air pressure inhibits the motion of the atoms that produces what we observe as physical states. Hence, to move around more (become liquids or gas from solids or liquids, respectively), the atoms require more energy to move, which come from heat energy.

This is similar to a person being pressed to the ground by somebody. If this person pressing down is stronger (more air pressure), then the person being pressed needs to use more energy to be able to move\get up.

Air is composed of about 78% nitrogen, 21% oxygen and 1% argon.

The boiling points of these are -196, -183 and -186 °C respectively.

Therefore air should be completely liquefied below -196 °C and completely vaporized above -183 °C.

Air has no melting point. Air however can condense into a liquid. Since there is more than one gaseous form in air, there is more than one condensation point.
