A normal "bump" is simply a bone connecting two sides of the upper palate. If you are talking about a larger bump or bone, that is called a Taurus(bull) Palatini (Palate). It is almost impossible to find on the web but I have it and my Doctor had told me they are rare and ...now this is HIS statement which seems farfetched with no scientific foundation to it...that many brilliant people have been know to have it. I'm still in the middle class and struggling like everyone else so I think that is just a tall tale!
