It is the c-shaped port between your throttle body and air intake manifold. Remove the throttle body, buy some throttle body cleaner, and scrape it out (it is on the face of the a.i.manifold where the throttle body mounted). Make sure that a wire will pass between this area and the egr valve. If you've replaced your dpfe sensor and still haven't cleared the code to pass your emissions test, then this is 99% certain to be the problem. I have another post out there with the proceedure. I'd bet if you searched "p0401" you'll find it. I appologize for not posting the entire process again. it takes some explanation. mb
