What is the cause of dry itchy reddish circles mostly on one's upper arms and how shoud one make them go away?

I'm not entirley sure what that would be, but my advice would be to go to a dermatoligist. Good luck!
AwnserI too suffer from this but only from time to time and i noticed that during the summer they were at their worst but only when i was in the sun. But they do occur during winter and when i went to my GP they told me that it was eczema. see ur GP they can give u cream for it if this doesn't help then return to your doctor and they may then refer you to a dermatologist. AnswerIF they�re the same as what I have (and do tend to appear and disappear with the season changes) my dermatologist told me they were simply dry patches - he suggested (and I am now trying it, it doesn�t work right away) not to shower with really hot water, use some kind of shower-gel that has moisture in it (dove 75%), don�t dry yourself completely with the towel when you�re done, leave your skin damp, and apply body lotion while the skin is still damp to `lock in` the moisture - good luck!Wiki User
