Hi there, I would try using a body cleanser with salicylic acid and try moisturizers that are oil-free or labeled as "noncomedogenic." Body acne can be caused by tight clothing and sweat or possibly irritation from a laundry detergent so that might be something to look into as well. However, if you've been dealing with this for over a year, I'd say it might be time to see a dermatologist.

I've never had an STD, but I have had ingrown hairs from shaving the bikini area, and that is what they look like.
