I am not a doctor but I had this condition a few years ago. My lower legs were swollen (edema). Nearly every morning, within an hour or two after I woke up, both legs would start "weeping" (a clear fluid coming out of the leg). The weeping was significant enough that by 10am, my blue jeans would be soaked through from the knees down.
I went from one doctor to another seeking diagnosis and treatment of this condition. No one seemed able to help. Finally, after 5 years of dealing with this, I was finally referred to a liver specialist. He found that I had cirrhossis of the liver from non-alcoholic steatohepatitis and I would die if I did not get a liver transplant.
Once I started working with liver specialist, I learned that weeping legs sometimes occurred in cases of liver failure.
If you have this symptom, it is important to ask your doctor to check your liver. Weeping leg edema is a condition where fluid pools and builds up in the legs. These are left over fluids from the blood that your heart pumps.
When fluid is not in the vascular system. That causes weeping edema

Approximately 30 years.
Aging sometimes causes degenerative failure of the organs of balance, or of the nerve signals in the brain, and can also make leg muscles weaker. Problems with the inner ear can cause the muscles to "overcorrect" and cause a swaying problem. Problems with the leg muscles can mean that they are tensing to compensate for lack of normal muscle tone, which ordinarily makes these constant small corrections imperceptible.
all you need to do is when you get it put your foot on a cold flat surface and try to walk this should take it off if not just keep bending it and walking aventually it will go dont worry

Elevating an injured leg prevents venous stasis and oedema from forming. Prevention of these processes requires the leg to be mobile to overcome gravity. When your leg is immobile it is important to utilise gravity to prevent these processes from occurring.
