That depends on the what you mean, do you mean brothers as siblings, or the company brothers, or one of the movies titled 'brothers'?
I do not think there is an universal symbol for brothers (siblings). One could use a chinese (or other language that uses symbols) word as symbol. Or you could make up your own. If I would make a symbol for brothers, I might use two stick-figures, slightly different heights, side-by-side both having one hand on the other ones shoulder. Maybe a red blood-drop as an envelop around them, or someway connecting them, perhaps red tie around their interlocking hands?.
I see some people use two stick figures in a boat. But I think that refers more to fishermen than brothers.
