Beans, high in fiber and filling. Oat meal is another good source, you can always toss in some rasins, nutmeg or cinnamon to give it a different flavor. I've heard that nuts (Pecans, walnuts) are high in fiber.

Bran is a source of nearly 100% fiber and is quite inexpensive at the supermarket. Just sprinkle a couple teaspoons on your breakfast cereal or a salad or even mix it in yogurt.
