∙ 14y agoWell, it's exactly that... "tropical" it can rain for up to 300 days per year, normally thundershowers every afternoon with torrential rain. In some areas the rainfall can be up to 3000mm per year or higher.
Temperatures vary depending on distance from the sea, and range anywhere between 25 degrees C and 40 degrees C. There is a marginal "seasonality" between the "wet season" and the "dry season", this becomes more pronounced the further you get away from the equator.
The relative humidity also varies and can range from 30% RH up to 90% RH.
