You need to have your book with all your serial no's etc. Then phone Kia in your country (eg Kia Australia) and give them all the right info and they'll give you the code over the phone. You do not have to take out the stereo, and don't phone a local dealer as they will tell you this has to be done and will cost from $75 upwards.

∙ 16y agoCheck your owner's manual; the codes are usually on a sticker inside the cover or on the back. If you do not have the manual or do not find the code, your dealer's service department can look it up for you from the VIN number.
