i would say mr and mrs who cares if they are doctors
If you are addressing a married couple who are both doctors you can address them two ways. You can address them by either stating Drs. Jack and Jill Smith or Dr. Jack Smith and Dr. Jill Smith.
If two married doctors have the same last name, they should be addressed as Drs. Last Name. If they have different last names, address them as Drs. Name 1 and Name 2.
You can address a letter to two doctors as: Drs. John & Jane Doe.
Dr. John Smith Dr. Mary Brown if they are at the same address, of different genders and not married. Dr. John Smith & Dr. Mary Brown if they are at the same address and married but not using the same last name. Drs. John & Mary Smith if they are married and using the same last name Dr. John Smith Dr, Fred Brown if they are at the same address of the same gender and not married. The progression is the same as above if they are married.
Address each one separately.
