Bad breath is one of the possible side effects of Adderall. It is not a serious side effect that would require someone to stop taking it, but if it is not controllable with breath strips or frequent brushing of the teeth and tongue, you should talk to your physician about it.

Adderall causes you to become dehydrated. The more dehydrated you become, the drier your mouth becomes with leads to bad breath. I find that constantly drinking water is a better solution for me than breath strips, mints, mouthwash, and similar products which do not eliminate the problem but simply mask it.
