There are too many variables to be able to get an exact number, such as if one or both lungs are being transplanted, if there are any complications, how long the patient is in the hospital, etc. A rough estimate would be between $150,000 and $300,000 for everything involved (hospitalization, obtaining a new lung, surgical costs, physician fees, medications, and so on).
