It actually depends. I am from the Philippines my self and has studied the Cordillera region. The costume depends on where in the Cordillera Administrative Region, but the basic costume usually is this: For the boys, They wear the "Bahag" to cover their bottoms and such. And they will usually wear a headdress. Sometimes, they wear a vest that is usually color red. For the girls, they will wear skirt called a "Tap-is" . They also wear headdresses at times.

An Aeta (A i t a) is a good example for if you don't know what a Bahag looks like.

If you know how they're Tap-is looks like, you might notice their design. If you see the zigzag line(s) They represent the mountains. The white dots (the ones very close the zigzag line(s) or they could appear on top and on the bottom), Represents the crops they grow especially in the Ifugao region in CAR. they do their costumes with love and they do it with a special song where they sing about the spirits around them. This is their culture. So don't say anything mean. =3
