There are many many things it could be, if it appears roughly 2 weeks after a period that's ovulation mucus, it can also be a side affect of the Birth Control pill, If its smelly maybe get it checked out, its maybe a yeast infection which is very common. Hope this helps.

∙ 18y agoMost likely a fungal yeast infection from the Vagina passed on to the Anus. See your doctor for fungal cream and to be certain its fungal and not pin worms. Take care.
