If you are asking about a legal curfew set by law - it is totally dependent on whether your town, city, county or state has such a curfew law anhd what it says.
mostly dependant on your city, but from most that I've heard, the curfew law for 16 year olds is you have to be in by 11 pm.
what is the curfew law for 13 yr olds in strongsville ohio
what is the Illinois curfew law in moline for a 15 year old over summer
By the law of Florida you do not have a curfew after the age of 16
Any age under 18 I believe has a curfew of midnight but 12 year olds' should never be out that late I'd suggest an hour after dark if unattended coming home. If attended, about the same because of when they'd go to sleep they'd need time to do homework and brush their teeth and bathe.
In regards to?
2am
This depends on three things: the age of the teenager, where you live, and the parents' overall decision. A curfew for a 17 year old may differ from a 16 year old, and both town and state may have different curfew restrictions. Finally, the parents should make the final call on the curfew.
Curfew in Wichita varies by age group. According to City code, children fifteen years old and younger must be home by 11 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and midnight on Friday and Saturday. For sixteen and seventeen-year-olds, they have to be home by midnight Monday through Friday and 1 a.m. on Saturday and Sunday.
You don't. Curfew is a law to be obeyed or consequences will ensue.
