Currently, the highest price that I have found for recycling aluminum cans in Sacramento is at Recycling Industries (which is at 3300 Power Inn Rd). The only reason that I happen to know this is because I just saw a coupon today (June 5, 2012), in this week's Penny Saver, for $1.85/lb. at Schnitzers (12000 Folsom Blvd). It seemed like a decent deal, but since I couldn't remember how much it is that we typically get back when recycling, I decided to look further into it. I called around to number of various, local recyclers, and came to find out that saving the coupon to use next time we recycle, wasn't really worth the hassle...since Recycling Industries pays more per pound, and without the headache of keeping track of, yet, ONE MORE damn coupon!!! Now, I didn't call EVERY SINGLE recycling center in Sac, but like I said, I did call SEVERAL OF THEM, and this was the best deal (at least for us consumers) that I could find! Hope this helps!?!
