i seriously doubt it. there have been several engine modifications to the the Triton v8s since 1999.
The 2005 F150 5.4 L 3V engine takes 7 quarts with engine oil filter change , according to the Owner Guide
The spark plug firing order for the 4.2 L V6 engine is ( 1 - 4 - 2 - 5 - 3 - 6 )
